Join us for a paw-some experience as you journey into yoga bliss accompanied by your adorable pooch🐾 Our CLASS will take place on Sunday, 8 December at 11am - 18 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach QLD. Not only will you have a blast, but your fur companion will also benefit greatly. Let’s explore the many ways dog yoga can relax, rejuvenate, and create a stronger bond with your fur friend. Secure your spot now (only 9 spots available) and be ready to stretch, cuddle, and revel in the company of your adorable companion. Be quick as you don't miss out on this tail-wagging class that promises a mindful fun fusion of yoga and doggy love! What to expect: Our poses include downward dog (of course) among other recognisable asanas. Each of the asanas is held in a shorter duration to accommodate your dog’s attention span, and sessions are 45 minutes. Droolers Delight delicious treats help keep your dog’s attention and train them on various poses when they are learning. There may be poses that your pooch cannot do with you, but during this time they can enjoy pet-friendly stretches and the favourite, Savasana, which is the resting pose for deep relaxation on their mats.
